One of the key features that users have loved about the toolbar is the POWER SEARCH capability that allows you to enter a search term once and then find results on multiple Web 2.0 websites from Digg through Flickr.
To make it even easier, we have now added “The Web 2.0 Search Engine” as an option to the POWER SEARCH feature. This feature combines the search results from many of the top Web 2.0 websites into one web page. This option is titled “Web20Search” on the search pull-down located on the toolbar.

The Web20Search engine, which is still in beta ( what Web 2.0 app is not? ), was built utilizing the Google custom search engine application. It still has a few quirks that are being worked out…primarily with the ad placement.
To Try it Out:
1. Install The Web 2.0 Toolbar (If have not done so already)
2. Enter a search term in the Search box
3. Select “Web20Search” from the Search pulldown
4. Enjoy

This was definately needed. It makes the toolbar more resourceful.
